SPRINGFIELD — Police are asking for the public’s help to identify a woman involved in a shoplifting incident at the Dollar General store on March 21.
Authorities say the incident occurred around noon when the female suspect was seen leaving the store with stolen items.
Witnesses reported she fled the scene in a black BMW sedan with New Hampshire license plates reading DIRTY36.
The vehicle’s registration is not associated with a female.
