BOSTON — The Boston Police Department has issued a missing person alert and is asking for the public’s help in locating Vo Dan Du, a 68-year-old man from Roxbury, who was last seen on Tuesday.
Du was last spotted around 4:43 p.m., on March 19, near 885 Washington Street in Boston.
He is an Asian male, approximately 5 feet 2 inches tall, weighing 140 pounds, with a comb-over hairstyle.
When last seen, Du was wearing glasses, a black shoulder bag, black winter hat, black coat, black sweatpants, and black shoes.
Authorities have noted that Du speaks only Cantonese and relies on the MBTA for transportation.
He is known to frequent the Chinatown area and the Super 88 Market in Brighton.
Du also suffers from mental health issues, adding to concerns for his well-being.
The Boston Police urge anyone with information about Vo Dan Du’s whereabouts to immediately contact 911 or reach out to B-2 Detectives at 617-343-4275.
