LYNDON — Vermont State Police are investigating a hit-and-run accident that occurred in the Shippee Eye Care parking lot on March 18.
Authorities were called to the scene on Hospital Drive at 2:20 p.m. after an unknown vehicle struck the parked car of Elizabeth Robbons, 82, of Lyndon.
The incident is believed to have happened between 2:20 and 2:30 p.m.
Robbons was not in the vehicle at the time, and no injuries have been reported.
State Police are seeking the public’s assistance in identifying the driver responsible for the accident.
