BETHEL — A Bethel man was arrested and charged with domestic assault and violating conditions of release, according to Vermont State Police.
Michael A. Taylor, 30, was taken into custody following a response by law enforcement to a family disturbance in Bethel on March 15.
State troopers from the Royalton barracks investigated the incident and determined Taylor had assaulted a household member.
Following his arrest, Taylor was processed at the Royalton State Police Barracks.
He is scheduled to appear in Windsor County Superior Court on March 18 at 12:30 p.m. to face the charges.
The Vermont State Police, adhering to privacy policies, did not disclose the identity of the victim.
