CHICOPEE — Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man who went missing from his Broadway residence on Monday, March 11.
Ralph Rivard, 5 feet, 3 inches tall with black curly hair and brown eyes, was last seen wearing a black puffy jacket and black sweat pants.
Anyone with information about Rivard’s whereabouts is urged to contact the Chicopee Police Department’s Detective Bureau at 413-594-1740.
