ROCHESTER — Police are searching for Joseph Russell, 36, of Rochester, who is a person of interest in a string of motor vehicle thefts in both Rochester and Lebanon, Maine, over the past two days.
Based on witness statements, Russell is believed to be armed and dangerous.
He is also wanted on unrelated charges.
Police urge anyone with information about Russell’s whereabouts to refrain from confronting him and instead call the Rochester Police Department at 603-330-7128.
