WOBURN — Woburn Police Department is requesting the public’s assistance in identifying several individuals connected to a recent wallet theft and subsequent credit card fraud incident.
Authorities say the larceny was carried out using a distraction technique, where one suspect diverted the victim’s attention while another suspect stole the wallet.
The suspects then reportedly used the stolen credit cards for fraudulent transactions.
Images of the suspects have been released by the police department in hopes that members of the public might recognize them.
