BOSTON — Officers arrested Juan Gracia-Rodriguez, 36, early Friday morning on charges of breaking and entering and trespassing.
At approximately 6:19 a.m., police responded to a call at 67 Beacon St, where they discovered an open door.
Upon entry and announcing their presence, officers encountered Gracia-Rodriguez emerging from the safe room.
He complied with officers’ verbal commands and was taken into custody without incident.
Gracia-Rodriguez, a Boston resident, is charged with breaking and entering in the nighttime and trespassing.
He is scheduled to be arraigned at Boston Municipal Court.
