Plymouth police report multiple arrests, incidents in weekly activity summary

PLYMOUTH — The Plymouth Police Department responded to 873 calls for service during the week of Feb. 19 to Feb. 25, resulting in several arrests and investigations, according to their weekly activity report.

Police arrested a 28-year-old on Feb. 22 for DUI impairment, inhaling toxic vapors for effect, and reckless operation.

The same day, a 20-year-old was taken into custody for transporting alcohol as a minor.

On Feb. 23, a 21-year-old and a 22-year-old were both arrested in separate incidents for violating the Disorderly Actions Ordinance with noise violations, while an 18-year-old faced charges for disorderly conduct, unlawful possession/intoxication, protective custody of an intoxicated person, and simple assault with physical contact or bodily injury.

A 37-year-old was arrested for driving after revocation or suspension, also on Feb. 23.

The following day, another 21-year-old was arrested for a noise violation under the Disorderly Actions Ordinance.

A 30-year-old faced multiple charges on Feb. 24, including perjury, false statement under oath, falsifying physical evidence, deceiving a public official, and unsworn falsification to deceive an official.

On Feb. 25, a 19-year-old was arrested on bench warrants.

The department also reported several investigative actions, including criminal mischief on Feb. 19, police information on Feb. 20, possession or use of tobacco products by a minor and willful concealment on Feb. 21, and mutual aid, assisting another agency, sex offenses, assault, and duty of parent with compulsory attendance violations on Feb. 22.

Additionally, officers responded to one motor vehicle accident during the week and issued 18 warnings and 3 citations for motor vehicle moving violations.
