MILFORD — On Wednesday, Feb. 28, Milford Police Detectives, collaborating with the Massachusetts State Police Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, arrested 27-year-old Robert Nolan at his Milford residence without incident.
Nolan was charged with possession of child pornography and dissemination of photographs depicting sexual or intimate parts of a child.
Following his arrest, which took place at approximately 4:28 p.m., he was booked and held at Milford Police Headquarters on $10,040 bail.
Nolan is scheduled for arraignment at Milford District Court this morning.
The arrest is the result of an ongoing investigation into illicit activities involving the exploitation of minors.
Authorities have not released further details about the case, citing the ongoing investigation.
