CHICOPEE — Chicopee Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing juvenile, Jacob Diaz, who was last seen leaving his residence at 305 Broadway St. on March 15 around 4 p.m.
Jacob was last observed wearing a black puffy jacket, black sweatpants, and black & white Jordan sneakers.
He is described as approximately 5’10” tall, with black hair and brown eyes.
The Chicopee PD’s Detective Bureau is urging anyone with information on Jacob’s whereabouts to contact them at 413-694-1740.
The department has not provided any additional details regarding the circumstances of Jacob’s disappearance at this time.
