NASHUA — In a coordinated effort between the Hudson Police Department and the Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit, six individuals were apprehended during the week ending February 16 for various drug-related crimes and other offenses. The operation was part of the New Hampshire Substance Abuse Reduction Grant initiative.
Jaquan Cox, 29, of New York, NY, was charged with Theft by Unauthorized Taking, a Class A Felony. Cox is currently held on preventative detention at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections, awaiting arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Quan Terry, 33, from Middletown, CT, faces the same charge as Cox. Terry is also detained at the Hillsborough County House of Corrections pending his court appearance.
Jessica Ward, 33, of Nashua, NH, was arrested on four active Capias warrants. Held without bail, Ward awaits her arraignment at the Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District.
Crystal Farley, 36, with no fixed address, was charged with Criminal Trespass and Breach of Bail, both Class A Misdemeanors. Farley’s bail was set at $200 cash, pending her arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
Jason Peloquin, 45, also without a fixed address, was apprehended on an active Capias warrant and faces additional charges, including three counts of Resisting Arrest or Detention, Class A Misdemeanor. Peloquin is being held without bail, awaiting arraignment at the same court.
Jeffrey Weston, 43, was charged with three counts of Possession of a Controlled Drug (Fentanyl and Crack Cocaine), subsequent offense, Class A Felony; Falsifying Physical Evidence, Class B Felony; and Breach of Bail Conditions, Class A Misdemeanor. Weston was released on $340 cash bail, pending his arraignment at the 9th Circuit Nashua District Court.
