GEORGIA — Vermont State Police arrested a Colchester woman on charges of simple assault and obstruction of justice following an incident on Robin Lane.
Authorities received a report of an assault at approximately 2:27 p.m. on Feb. 18.
The investigation led to the arrest of 41-year-old Amber Turner.
Turner was subsequently released with a citation to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Franklin Criminal Division, on Feb. 26 at 1 p.m.
The Vermont State Police St. Albans Barracks is handling the ongoing investigation.
