CORINTH — A juvenile was arrested on charges of domestic assault, resisting arrest, and interference with access to emergency services following a family fight at a residence on Brook Road.
Vermont State Police responded to the scene at approximately 3:30 p.m. on Feb. 18 after receiving a report of the domestic incident.
During the investigation, troopers gathered enough evidence to develop probable cause and proceeded with the arrest of the juvenile, whose name has not been disclosed due to age.
The accused was processed at the Bradford Outpost and subsequently released with a citation to appear in court to face the charges.
In adherence to privacy policies, the Vermont State Police has not released the name or details of the victim involved in the incident.
