MANCHESTER — A 28-year-old Manchester man has been arrested on felony sexual assault charges involving two children who were under the care of his mother’s in-home daycare.
Roshaun Hartford is facing charges of Aggravated Felonious Sexual Assault-Pattern after Manchester Police received a report in January from a child alleging sexual assault by Hartford at the daycare.
Following an investigation, Hartford was arrested on Feb. 5.
The January report marks the second instance of accusations against Hartford.
In December, another juvenile also reported being assaulted by him.
He was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with the same pattern of sexual assault in addition to Indecent Exposure.
Both victims, who are unrelated, attended the daycare located in the home of Hartford’s mother.
The reported assaults occurred over a period spanning from 2019 to 2023.
