ORLEANS — A local man was arrested Monday night after a disturbance led to a vehicle crash and multiple charges, including DUI refusal and leaving the scene of an accident.
Vermont State Police responded to a call at a South Street residence at around 7:39 p.m., where they encountered 36-year-old Shawn Turnbaugh.
According to authorities, Turnbaugh was uncooperative when troopers attempted to speak with him regarding the disturbance.
