FALL RIVER — The Fall River Police Department is asking for the public’s help in identifying an individual wanted for questioning in connection with a series of shoplifting incidents and passing counterfeit currency in Fall River and nearby communities.
The Major Crimes Division has released a statement urging anyone with information about the suspect’s identity to come forward.
The individual is believed to be involved in multiple cases of retail theft and using fake bills at various local businesses.
Authorities have not released a description of the suspect but are hoping that community members might have valuable information leading to the individual’s identification.
