FERRISBURGH — On Feb. 7, a New Jersey man was cited for negligent operation and excessive speed after being clocked traveling 37 mph over the speed limit on US Route 7.
Vermont State Police conducting speed enforcement near Greenbush Road observed a red Hyundai Sonata traveling south at a high rate of speed.
Radar confirmed the vehicle, driven by 26-year-old Ridvan Sari of Paterson, NJ, was going 87 mph in a 50 mph zone.
Sari was stopped without incident and issued a citation to appear in Addison County Superior Court to answer to the charges at a later date.
