BOSTON — Boston Police Department in Roxbury are asking for the public’s help in identifying a suspect involved in an armed robbery that occurred at approximately 12:49 p.m. at 517 Warren Street.
The individual is described as a masked male, dressed in dark grey pants, black boots, and a dark-colored jacket with a distinctive white marking on the left breast.
He was also wearing light blue latex gloves and brandished a black firearm during the incident.
Authorities say the suspect robbed a customer of an undisclosed amount of U.S. currency inside the store before turning to the cash register to remove additional funds.
The Boston Police Department is actively investigating the case and urges anyone with information to contact District 2 Detectives at (617) 343-4275.
