MONTPELIER — A local man was cited for violating his court-ordered conditions of release on Jan. 22, according to Vermont State Police.
Tucker Huntsman, 36, of East Montpelier, is accused of contacting a protected party, which was a violation of the terms set by the court for his release.
State Police Troopers from the Berlin Barracks were notified of the incident, which occurred on Finch Road.
After an investigation into the reported violation, Huntsman turned himself in at the Berlin Barracks.
He was processed and subsequently released with a citation to appear in court to face the charge.
The Vermont State Police did not provide details regarding the original charges that led to Huntsman’s conditions of release.
The date for his court appearance has not been disclosed.
