NASHUA — A 42-year-old man was arrested and released on bail after failing to comply with sex offender registration requirements, Nashua police said.
Luis Vazquez, who has no fixed address, was taken into custody on Feb. 2 after an investigation by the Nashua Police Department’s Special Investigations Division revealed he had not fulfilled his annual registration duties and had not informed authorities of his change of address.
Vazquez was charged with one count of Duty to Report and one count of Change of Registration Information: Duty to Inform, both Class B felonies.
He was released on $200 cash or surety bail and is scheduled for arraignment at the 9th Circuit-District Division-Nashua Court on March 7.
