Dudley drug raid nets fentanyl, cocaine and arrests three

DUDLEY — In the early morning hours of Thursday, law enforcement officials conducted a successful drug raid at a local residence, leading to the seizure of illegal substances and the arrest of three individuals on various drug-related charges.

Dudley Police, in collaboration with the Southern Worcester County Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 6 a.m. at 42 Oxford Ave.

The search uncovered approximately 7 grams of suspected fentanyl, 1 gram of suspected crack cocaine, and $450 in US currency.

Kristin Marie Marando, 30, of 3 Dudley Rd, Sutton, was arrested and charged with possession with intent to distribute Class A and B drugs, an out-of-agency warrant, and conspiracy to violate drug law.

George I. Sizer, 50, from 18 Lincoln St, Webster, faces charges for tampering or destruction of evidence and possession of a Class A drug.

Joseph Charles Niemiec, 59, who resides at the address where the raid occurred, was charged with possession with intent to distribute Class A and B drugs and conspiracy to violate drug law.

The suspects were taken into custody and processed at Dudley Police Department before being transported to Dudley District Court for arraignment.

The operation was led by Sgt. Keith Remillard, Officer Tyler Smith, and Officer Luis Pacheco from the Dudley Police Department.

The arrests are part of ongoing efforts to combat the distribution of narcotics in the region.
