DUMMERSTON — A traffic stop on Interstate 91 led to the arrest of a Westminster man for driving with a criminally suspended license and violating conditions of release, Vermont State Police reported.
At approximately 9:53 p.m. on Jan. 30, a trooper pulled over Richard Tripaldi, 44, while he was traveling southbound on the interstate.
The trooper’s investigation revealed Tripaldi’s suspension and that he was not complying with terms of his release on previous charges.
Tripaldi was taken into custody and processed at the Westminster Barracks.
He was later released with a citation to appear in the Vermont Superior Court Windham Criminal Division on March 12 at 8:30 a.m.
