ENOSBURG FALLS — A 20-year-old Enosburg resident was arrested late Friday night on suspicion of driving under the influence and operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended driver’s license.
Vermont State Police conducted a traffic stop at approximately 10:28 p.m. on Main St near Orchard St after observing a motor vehicle violation.
The driver, identified as Nathan Morris, exhibited several signs of impairment during the stop and was subjected to DUI screening.
Following the assessment, Morris was taken into custody and transported to the St. Albans State Police Barracks for processing.
A subsequent check revealed Morris’s driver’s license was criminally suspended in Vermont.
Morris was later released with a citation to appear in Franklin County Superior Court on Feb. 20 at 8:30 a.m. to face charges for the alleged offenses.
