WILLIAMSVILLE — Vermont State Police arrested a Connecticut woman on charges of domestic assault following an investigation into an incident that occurred last month.
Authorities received a complaint on Nov. 9 at about 11:01 a.m. regarding a domestic assault that allegedly took place on Oct. 26 around 1:45 p.m. on Oak Hill Road.
Dawn M. Kenney, 58, of Bolton, Connecticut, was taken into custody after the investigation.
Police did not release the name of the victim, in line with policies on domestic violence cases.
Kenney is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court – Windham County, Criminal Division on April 2 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the charge.
