LYNDON — A 32-year-old Lyndon resident was arrested Thursday afternoon on an active felony warrant for assault and robbery with bodily injury.
Lyndonville Patrol Officer Renaudette apprehended Ashley Lee at 4:38 p.m. behind a residence on 1241 Mathewson Hill Rd.
Lee was located in a vehicle and was taken into custody without incident.
The arrest warrant stems from an investigation into an alleged assault and robbery that resulted in bodily injury, details of which were not immediately released.
Lee was lodged at the Northeast Correctional Complex in St Johnsbury after failing to post the $10,000 bail set for her release.
Further court dates will be scheduled where Lee will face the charges.
