The suspect was said to have robbed the store at knifepoint.
Upon arrival, officers confirmed the incident and reviewed surveillance footage, which showed a male entering the store brandishing what appeared to be a machete.
A be-on-the-lookout (BOLO) alert was issued for the suspect, and a machete was recovered from the scene.
Roughly an hour later, the suspect was located by officers on Everett Gaylord Boulevard.
