WEST SPRINGFIELD — Authorities in West Springfield are stepping up efforts to identify a suspect linked to multiple larceny cases at a local business, with the police department releasing new evidence to enlist public assistance.
The West Springfield Police Department reported receiving additional information indicating the individual in question has been involved in more than one incident at the same establishment.
The string of thefts has prompted a renewed call for witnesses or anyone with knowledge about the suspect to come forward.
The department has circulated updated images and details about the suspect’s activities as part of their outreach to the community.
Detective Azadan, who is leading the investigation, has urged anyone who can identify the individual or provide any relevant information to contact him directly at 413-263-3210 Ext. 272.
The police have not disclosed the name of the business targeted or the value of the goods stolen.
Community members are reminded to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity that could help prevent further incidents or lead to an arrest.
