BURLINGTON — A Burlington man was arrested on charges of his third DUI and operating a vehicle with a criminally suspended driver’s license in Fairfax on Monday.
At approximately 2:06 p.m., St. Albans barracks troopers responded to a call concerning a potential disturbance at a residence on Main St. in Fairfax.
Reports indicated that Justin Bristol, 43, had left the scene in a vehicle and returned shortly after while allegedly under the influence of alcohol.
Upon arrival, troopers conducted an investigation and concluded that Bristol had been driving while intoxicated.
They also discovered that he was operating the vehicle with a suspended license due to prior infractions.
Bristol was taken into custody and processed at the St. Albans Barracks before being transported to the Northwest Correctional Center.
He was held on $2,500 bail.
