BOLTON — A single-vehicle crash late Wednesday night led to the arrest of a Waterbury woman on suspicion of driving under the influence.
Vermont State Police responded to a report of a crash at 3461 Theodore Roosevelt Hwy in Bolton at about 10:15 p.m. Upon arrival, troopers identified the operator of the vehicle as 29-year-old Margaret Cunningham.
During their interaction, troopers observed several signs that Cunningham was impaired.
She was taken into custody and transported to the Williston Barracks for processing.
Following the processing, Cunningham was issued a citation to appear in Chittenden County Court – Criminal Division on Feb. 6 at 8:15 a.m. to respond to charges.
