CONCORD — Following a fatal shooting in Concord, Attorney General John M.
Formella and Police Chief Bradley C. Osgood released the identity and cause of death of the victim on Wednesday.
An autopsy on 19-year-old Zackary Sullivan of Concord was completed earlier today, revealing that he died from a gunshot wound to the neck, and the manner of death was ruled a homicide.
The autopsy was conducted by Deputy Chief Medical Examiner Dr. Mitchell Weinberg.
While the investigation into the circumstances surrounding Sullivan’s death continues, authorities have stated that all involved parties have been identified.
There is currently no perceived threat to the public.

The incident unfolded around 7:15 p.m. on Tuesday when dispatchers received a call about a man suffering from a gunshot wound at the Dunkin’ Donuts on Manchester Street.
The victim was reported to be conscious and breathing upon discovery but in critical condition.
Responding to the call, law enforcement, including state troopers, swiftly arrived at the scene.
For hours, officials searched for the suspect described as a white male wearing black and adorned with neck and facial tattoos.
It was quickly established that the victim and suspect were acquainted.
Later that night, the Southern New Hampshire Special Operations Unit, also known as the city’s SWAT team, was activated.
Investigators believed the shooting suspect was located in a residence within the vicinity of the initial incident.
The SWAT team was positioned in the Red Blazer parking lot for several hours.
Around 1:45 a.m., they began issuing verbal commands to a suspect on Garvins Falls Road, near the Pembroke town line.
The suspect was reportedly detained shortly before 2 a.m., as per scanner reports.
The ongoing investigation remains active as officials piece together the events that led to Sullivan’s untimely death.
