SALEM — Police in Salem are on the lookout for a female suspect involved in a theft at a local TJ Maxx store.
Authorities say the suspect executed a distraction-style theft to steal a purse from an unsuspecting shopper.
The stolen credit cards were subsequently used for purchases at Target and an Apple store.
The Salem Police Department has requested that anyone with information about the suspect or the incident contact Detective Carlin at 603-893-1911.
The case remains under investigation, and authorities are hoping for a swift resolution with the community’s assistance.
