ST. JOHNSBURY — St. Johnsbury police responded to a disturbance on Jan. 13, leading to the arrest of local resident Roy M. Humes, 63, for second-degree aggravated domestic assault.
The inquiry culminated in the apprehension of Humes, who is now facing charges related to the domestic incident.
Following his arrest, Humes was lodged for lack of a $50,000 secured appearance bond.
He is scheduled to make his initial court appearance on Jan. 16 at 12:30 p.m. to answer to the charge.
The St. Johnsbury Police have not released further details regarding the circumstances of the alleged assault.
