MANCHESTER — A high-speed vehicle pursuit late Monday night ended with the arrest of a Manchester man, who now faces multiple charges, including felony reckless conduct and aggravated DUI.
Trooper William Moran of the New Hampshire State Police Troop B Barracks clocked a silver 2013 Infiniti G37X traveling over 100 mph and swerving out of its lane on Interstate 93 North around 10:13 p.m.
When Moran tried to pull the vehicle over, the driver failed to stop, prompting a chase.
The pursuit saw the Infiniti accelerating to speeds up to 130 mph.
Fearing for public safety, authorities terminated the chase when the vehicle exited the highway.
Manchester Police Department officers and Troop B troopers later located the vehicle at the residence of its registered owner in Manchester.
The driver, identified as 42-year-old Travis Dahood, was apprehended without further incident.
Investigations revealed Dahood was driving under the influence with a suspended license.
He was charged with felony reckless conduct, aggravated DUI, disobeying a police officer, operating after suspension, reckless and negligent driving.
Dahood was released on cash bail and is scheduled to appear at Hillsborough Superior Court in February.
The New Hampshire State Police are continuing the investigation and urge anyone with information to contact Trooper Moran at (603) 451-9766.
