NASHUA — The Nashua Police Department’s Narcotics Intelligence Division and Problem Oriented Policing Unit made significant strides in their efforts to combat drug-related crimes and other offenses, resulting in the arrests of seven individuals during the week ending January 6, 2024.
Among those arrested was Shawn Bailey, 36, with no fixed address. Bailey, apprehended on an active Capias warrant from Hillsborough County Superior Court – Southern District, faced multiple charges including two counts of possession of controlled drugs (crack-cocaine and fentanyl), resisting arrest, and an electronic bench warrant.
Additionally, Bailey was identified as a fugitive from justice from Rhode Island due to a robbery warrant. He was held without bail pending arraignment.
Donald Jennings, 38, from Merrimack, NH, was charged with possession of methamphetamine and released on personal recognizance bail.
Roger Levesque, 40, from Nashua, NH, faced charges for possession of crack-cocaine and dealing/possessing prescription drugs.
Charles Parkhurst, 60, also from Nashua, NH, was arrested for common nuisances and held pending arraignment.
Crystol Pelletier, 34, from Nashua, NH, was detained on an active Capias warrant and held without bail.
Audrey Segale, 33, from Temple, NH, was charged with theft by deception.
Randy Widmer, 37, from Nashua, NH, faced charges for theft by unauthorized taking. Both Segale and Widmer were released on personal recognizance bail.
