TINMOUTH — A Pawlet woman was cited for simple assault after an incident that occurred on N End Road last night, according to the Vermont State Police Rutland Barracks.
At approximately 2:27 p.m. on Dec. 18, troopers were notified of the assault involving Heather MacIntyre, 34, and Kimberly King, 44, of Danby.
Investigation revealed that MacIntyre allegedly attempted to inflict bodily harm on King the previous evening.
MacIntyre is scheduled to appear at the Vermont Superior Court, Rutland Criminal Division, to face the charges at a date and time to be determined.
