NEWBURY — Troopers patrolling I-91 south near mile marker 111 today observed a vehicle being driven erratically and failing to maintain its lane.
The troopers conducted a traffic stop and identified the driver as 34-year-old Phillip Gaudette from Woodsville, New Hampshire.
During the investigation, it was determined that Gaudette was operating the vehicle with a criminally suspended license.
Gaudette was arrested and taken to the St. Johnsbury Barracks for processing.
He has been cited to appear in Caledonia County Superior Court on Jan. 22 at 8:30 a.m. to answer to charges of negligent operation and driving with a suspended license (DLS).
