FAIR HAVEN — A local woman was arrested on charges of retail theft following a police investigation into a larceny reported last month.
Fair Haven Police apprehended Kathleen Rozell, 39, on Dec. 17 after concluding an investigation that began with a theft report at Stewarts Shoppes on Dutton Ave on Nov. 12.
Authorities allege that Rozell took items from the store without paying for them.
The investigation led by Patrolman Thomas Covino resulted in Rozell’s arrest at her Caernarvon St. residence.
She has been issued a citation to appear in Rutland District court to respond to the charges.
