WESTMINSTER — The Vermont State Police are seeking the public’s help in locating a missing Westminster resident, Hugh C. Bedward, who was reported missing on Dec. 15 at approximately 2:47 p.m.
Bedward, 59, is described as a black male, around 6 feet tall, weighing 250 pounds, with black hair that may be styled in dreadlocks.
He is of Jamaican descent.
Authorities mentioned that the last known communication with Bedward was nearly three weeks ago.
While his disappearance has not been labeled as suspicious, officials are expressing concern for his well-being.
The Vermont State Police have distributed photographs of Bedward to assist in his identification.
