LINCOLN — Vermont State Police arrested a Brandon man on Sunday morning after responding to a report of a disturbance on Lincoln Road.
Authorities apprehended Isaiah Webb, 43, at approximately 10:48 a.m. following a call about a dispute at a residence in the Town of Lincoln.
Troopers identified Webb as the individual causing unrest among the local community.
While interacting with Webb, troopers observed signs of impairment and determined that he had been operating a vehicle on a public highway.
Statements from several residents confirmed Webb’s disorderly conduct in the area.
Webb was taken into custody and brought to the New Haven barracks for processing.
After being processed, he was released with conditions set by the court to respond to charges of aggravated disorderly conduct, DUI #2 – Drugs Refusal, and grossly negligent operation.
