ROYALTON — A Strafford man was cited for allegedly violating his conditions of release late Sunday night, according to Vermont State Police.
Jesse Durkee, 38, was found to be in breach of court-ordered conditions during a police response to a call from a Royalton residence around 11 p.m.
Troopers who arrived at the scene determined that Durkee had violated the terms of his release.
Following the incident, Durkee was transported to the Royalton barracks for processing.
He was later released with a citation to appear in court to answer to the charge.
The specific nature of the violation was not immediately disclosed.
