WALTHAM — Police responded to a fatal rollover accident near Margaritas restaurant on Moody Street late Thursday night.
At approximately 11:57 p.m. yesterday, officers from the Waltham Police Department arrived at the scene of the accident at 211 Moody Street.
They found a vehicle overturned with three occupants inside.
One of the occupants suffered fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at the scene.
The two other individuals were transported to a local hospital for evaluation and were later released.
The Waltham Police Department is actively investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
