IRA — Vermont State Police arrested a Middletown Springs man on DUI charges early Tuesday morning after responding to a single-vehicle crash on VT Route 133.
Aaron Dorr, 23, was taken into custody around 2:50 a.m. after troopers noticed signs of impairment during the crash investigation.
Dorr was operating the vehicle when it crashed, and subsequent assessments led to his arrest.
After being processed at the State Police Barracks in Rutland, Dorr was released with a citation to appear in Rutland Superior Court Criminal Division to answer to DUI charges.
Additionally, he received a Vermont Civil Violation Complaint for driving on roadways laned for traffic.
The date for his court appearance has yet to be announced.
