DOVER — Three commercial establishments, including two salons and a restaurant located on Central Avenue in the city’s north end, were burglarized during the overnight hours of Dec. 3 into Dec. 4.
The Dover Police Department is currently investigating the series of burglaries that seem to be connected by a single suspect’s mode of operation, primarily targeting cash registers upon entry.
The Field Operations Division, along with the Special Investigations Unit and the Crime Scene Unit of the Dover Police, are involved in the investigation.
Surveillance footage from two of the burglarized businesses has captured images of the suspect.
Authorities are seeking assistance from the public to identify and apprehend the individual responsible for these crimes.
