WILLISTON — Two individuals are being sought by the Williston Police Department after an incident at the local Walmart resulted in theft and an employee injury on Dec. 2.
According to the police report, officers responded to a call at approximately 11:09 p.m. regarding a theft at the retail giant, where the suspects had stolen a cart full of merchandise.
During the theft, a confrontation occurred that led to an employee sustaining injuries.
The injured worker was promptly taken to a nearby hospital for treatment.
Authorities have issued a call for public assistance in identifying the individuals involved.
