NORWELL — A local resident’s wall on Main Street was struck and damaged in a hit-and-run incident, police reported today.
The damage occurred sometime between 6 p.m. yesterday and 8 a.m. this morning, according to the homeowner.
Norwell Police Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating a vehicle that may have significant damage to the front or side as a result of the collision.

The investigation is ongoing, and police have not yet released a description of the suspect vehicle.
