WALLINGFORD — A hit-and-run crash that occurred on Dec. 1 has prompted Vermont State Police to seek the public’s assistance.
The incident happened between 9:15 a.m. and 10:15 a.m. on S Main Street near Florence Ave.
Kathleen Doyle, 60, of Middletown Springs, had her vehicle parked on the southbound side when it was struck by another vehicle, which then left the scene.
Investigators believe the suspect’s vehicle might have sustained damage to the right fender or wheel well, potentially marked with red paint from Doyle’s car.
Troopers from the Rutland Barracks were notified at about 10:19 a.m. and are conducting an ongoing investigation.
