WILLISTON — Vermont State Police have charged a 51-year-old Eden man with aggravated sexual assault of a child and lewd or lascivious conduct with a child following a joint investigation with the Department for Children and Families.
Det/Sgt Dan Trottier of the VSP Williston station said the investigation began in May after authorities received a report of a sexual assault that occurred several years prior.
The accused, Michael Reagan Jr., was issued a citation to appear in Lamoille County Superior Court on Nov. 29.
The Vermont State Police do not release the names of victims of sexual assault or domestic violence.
Trooper Trottier is leading the ongoing investigation and has encouraged anyone with information related to the case to contact the VSP Williston station at 802-878-7111.
