MARLBORO — A single-car crash on Musicians Way has led to the arrest of a New York man on charges of driving under the influence.
The Vermont State Police responded to the incident on Nov. 27 at 2:56 p.m. where they discovered a vehicle that had crashed.
Upon investigating, officers suspected the driver, 56-year-old Husein Selimovic of Utica, NY, was under the influence.
Selimovic was taken into custody without incident and is scheduled to appear in Vermont Superior Court, Windham Criminal Division, on Dec. 19 at 8:30 a.m. to face DUI charges.
