WORCESTER — A 21-year-old woman from White River Jct was arrested on DUI charges following a potential crash early Thursday morning.
State Police were called to the scene at 298 Elmore Rd at 1:29 a.m. where Emilia Harlow had identified herself as the driver of the vehicle involved.
During the interaction with troopers, Harlow exhibited signs of impairment.
Harlow was subsequently taken into custody and transported to the Berlin Barracks for processing.
She has been issued a citation to appear in Washington County Superior Court – Criminal Division on Dec. 14 at 8:30 a.m. to respond to the DUI charge.
